From the gentle hills of southern Minas Gerais comes this lot of Brazil Bourbon, grown at an altitude of 1100 meters above sea level. In this region, time flows with the rhythm of the countryside, and the cherries ripen slowly, soaking up the sweetness of the sun and generations of farming heritage.
This coffee, a blend of Caturra, Catuai, and Castillo varieties, is naturally processed, which enhances its full body and sweet profile. In the cup, it offers a rich experience:
subtle spices, notes of panela, and a lingering finish of dark chocolate.
